Solidarity campaigns and other social activities under state control

Algerian Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia gave his go ahead for the general financial commission to start its activities in order to regulate and supervise the financial transactions.

• This institution will be in charge of controlling the public economic and industrial companies in addition to the cultural and social associations which receive financial support form the authorities.
• The main task of the commission will consist in watching these associations’ funds regardless of their legal status especially those specialized in human and social activities.
