Spanish spy sparks anger of the Moroccan street against the king's decision

Spanish “El Pais” newspaper uncovers a dangerous scandal, when it declared that “Daniel”, the Moroccan kids’ rapist, was working as a spy in Spain.

Moroccan media quoted the Spanish newspaper as reporting that Daniel Galván Vinia, has worked as a spy for Spain in Iraq since more than ten years, and the name Daniel, is a pseudonym for this Iraqi-born in Basra in 1950 of Iraqi parents, and was to give this name f to help him to hide in Spain after the Spanish Intelligence withdrew him from Iraq following the intelligence services.

In his Spanish life the career of “a retired university professor” was attributed to him in Murcia, but this career was not confirmed by any website for the departments of Education in Spain.

The source spoke about the great services which Galván Vinia provided for the Spanish Intelligence (CNI), which made the Spanish Intelligence double its efforts in order to bail him out of the Moroccan prison fearing to expose assumed secrets, noting that the name of the Spanish Pedophile was on the list of the 48 released, giving the impression that it was added at the last minute, a decision which blew the Moroccan street and pushed Moroccans to organize sit-ins and protests denouncing the decision of the king.

Same newspaper added that he introduces himself to his neighbors as a retired university professor, and has attracted young kids through organizing parties at his home, making 11 kids become victims of sexual aggression, and did not hesitate to take their pictures in disgraceful conditions.

In a related context, the researcher and academic professor Mohammed Drif said that he calls upon the Algerian authorities to submit a petition to Morocco for the release of the Algerian kid Islam who is detained in Agadir prison, in the context of the issue of nationality, pointing out that he denounced the presence of any kid in prison, whether Algerian or Moroccan.

Mohammad Drif added in a phone conversation with Echorouk on Saturday, that the release of the Spanish spy convicted in several cases of sexual assault against Moroccan kids, stirs vigorously the Moroccan human rights and civil societies, adding that criticism was directed towards the king, and now turned to the Moroccan Ministry of Justice, which found itself in an awkward, as the government spokesman, did not find answer for media when he was asked about the subject. 

“The release of the Spanish prisoners was only dictated by political circumstances which accompanied the recent visit of King Juan Carlos II to Morocco, because there are detainees on charges of sexual assault on kids of different nationalities like French, British and Moroccan, as a list of 48 Spanish concerned with the release was prepared by the Committee belonging to the Ministry of Justice”.

“I agree with the argument that the kid Islam deserves more the release through the amnesty by the fact that the Algerians and Moroccans are “brothers and brothers”. I think the committee that prepared a list of Spanish released is responsible, because the king was not familiar with the details of the released.”
