Students march in memory of their dead comrades in Tlemcen

Thousands of students staged a silent march in memory of the seven students killed in the gas explosion that blew up the refectory of the university of science and technology of Tlemcen , western Algeria.

• The students gathered in the main university along with teachers and the deans of other campuses based in the regions.

• The march crossed through the main streets of Tlemcen leading to the central university and the students held banners and chanted slogans in which they called for immediate sanctions against those responsible for this tragedy.

• One of the slogans said” We are all faithful to the martyrs of knowledge”. The student then stood in silence in memory of the dead.
