Supreme Court to be endowed for the accomplishment of its missions

ALGIERS – President of Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika declared that he makes sure that the Supreme Court and judicial advisers have “all necessary means and conditions” for a “good performance” of their duties.

President Bouteflika, as also Chairman of the Supreme Council of Magistracy, said during the Council of Ministers, held Thursday that as part of the reform of justice, he “ensured that, under the solemnity of their task, the Supreme Court and judicial advisers, have all the conditions and capabilities required for the good performance of their duties.”

In this context, the Council of Ministers considered and approved Thursday the draft organic law establishing the organization, functioning and jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
