Supreme Court’s disciplinary council to rule on various cases
The session of the Supreme Court’s disciplinary council which held a three day meeting decided to put four judges to retirement whereas two have been banned from the profession while three others were degraded as part of the head of the commerce chamber of Tebessa case.

Five judges linked to the scandal have been cleared from the charges after six years of dismissal. These judges appeared before the Supreme Court on charges of complicity with the head of the chamber of commerce who issued dud checks.

The Supreme Court’s Council is due to carry on its session till the end of the week to rule on 13 other cases.
