Swine flu kills first Algerian in Spain
A 45-year-old Algerian man died of A/H1N1 flu on Monday, the Spanish Ministry of Health said Friday, three months after the swine flu pandemic spread starting from Mexico.

The man died as he was being transferred to a hospital. He was confirmed dead from the A/H1N1 flu virus on Friday.

The ministry said the victim dies of H1N1 virus while he had been suffering from kidney disease since 1993.

A total of 14 swine flu cases have been confirmed in Algeria. The first case discovered on June 20th was a woman coming from Florida while the latest five cases were reported on Wednesday.
