Tassili Airlines refuses to apply the law of Defense and Transport Ministries
Documents available to Echorouk reveal that Tassili Airlines company, which belong to Sonatrach, refuses to apply the decisions of the Defense and transport ministries, and the general directorate of civil aviation and the ministry of health, because they apply foreign decisions by Serbia, and referred a pilot, who is authorized to fly a plane using certificates of the ministries of defense, transport and health, to the technical service with the rank of mechanician.
The file which Echorouk obtained shows that the general manager of Tassili Airlines, Bellil Mostapha, was delegated by authorities under a a procuration n• 248 DJ/TTA/12 issued on 12/18/2012, for the so called Berkache Abdelkader, as his powers as a manager of human and material resources, who summoned the pilot Ferhi Abdessalam from Serbia based on a Serbian medical certificate that suspected his ability to fly the plane, based on the decision n• 034 issued on February 11,2013.
What is striking is that the pilot who was brought from Serbia was given a certificate of acceptance by the health services in charge, which is the national center of medical expertise for aviation belonging to the defense ministry, which Echorouk obtained a copy of it, carrying the ministry’s seal, on February 7/2013, four days before issuing the decision of his referral to a mechanician at the technical service, which confirmed the refusal of the company’s officials to apply the decision by the defense ministry.
Same file, obtained by Echorouk, revealed that the pilot who was brought from Serbia, got a certificate of inability due to his failure in the test of turning chair in Serbia, although this measure is not required in the Algerian legislation, especially since the certificate that was given by the center of Ain Naadja to the pilot came after carrying an opposite measure that proved that the can conduct an internship to drive the car.
Officials of Tassili Airlines claim that their decision came after the pilot was prevented from flying the plane for lifetime and definitively, because the Serbian medical authorities is the party which decided that, and at the same time an official national document that was issued by the ministry of national defense was completely neglected.
