TCS signalling systems for new railway-line south of Algeria

“Estel RA”, a joint venture of the Algerian national railway (Société Nationale des Transports Ferroviaires ) -SNTF- and Germany’s Siemens, has been awarded a contract to deliver signalling and telecommunications systems for a new railway line between the cities of Djelfa and Laghouat in southern Algeria.

• The order is worth about 68 million Euros.
• Commissioning has been set for the course of autumn 2015.
