Ten Algerians jailed in Madrid, others under judicial control
About ten Algerians were suspected of belonging to the Salafist group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC) and put in provisional detention in one of Madrid’s prisons in Spain while one of them is under judicial control.

They were were arrested on Tuesday following an order from a counter-terrorism court in Madrid.

They are accused of providing logistical and financial support to the terrorist group. Nine others were arrested in Castellon region situated in eastern Morocco whereas two were arrested in the northern Barcelona. They are due to appear before Madrid’s court.
