Terrorist leaders recruit members of their families to carry on their terror activities

The terrorist organization “ Al Mouhadjirine” that operates in the region of Djelfa, Biskra and M’sila is working on recruiting new elements after registering several blows in the wake of the all-out offensive carried out by the security forces and the elimination of the backup cells.

The new strategy implemented by both Taybaoui Mokhtar ( 34) who joined the terrorist organization in 2005 and Mustapha Memdouh  ( 34) who started his terror activities in 1997, consist in recruiting the terrorists’ relatives.

Taybaoui Mokhtar has already recruited his brother and father in one of the supporting cells that was dismantled by the security forces in the region of Ain Al Melh , M’sila last year.

Guir kamel (34) who joined the terrorist groups in 2008 has on his turn recruited some of his relatives in the locality of “ Chellalet Laadaoura”, in a bid to offset the lack of elements due to the tightening of the grip by the security forces over these groups.

Echourok sources have revealed that the number of terrorists in the terrorist squad has plummeted owing to the efficiency of the military operation that led to the killing of 13 terrorist at least in less than four months over the year 2010.
