Terrorist Mohamed Abou Salah to intensify bloody attacks east of Algeria

Assassination of the nine guards in Ziama Mansouria, Jijel, east of Algeria, is the most violent terrorist operation since the beginning of 2009, it is also the second of its kind, particularly in the east of Algeria, after killing11 soldiers and members of the judicial police in an ambush in Oued Zekkar, Skikda, east of Algeria.  

• This crime attributed to the fellows of El Mourabitine battalion, in the mountains of Ziama Mansouria and Ouana, containing about 20 terrorists.
• Observers raise attention to the dangerous escalation of the terrorist attacks during the recent weeks, including Boumerdes attacks and Tizi Ouzou where a truck for transporting pupils from isolated areas was burned, as well as the bombing which targeted a train for transporting products in Ain Defla, west of Algiers, and before it a series of terrorist attacks in Tebessa, east of Algeria, targeting civilians and elements of the Algerian forces, the latest attack happened Saturday in Jijel where commander of the Military sector was assassinated last year.
• Observers said escalation of terrorist attacks is a reply on the Algerian forces operations in Boumerdes which resulted in the elimination of two of the most dangerous and important terrorists among the Salafist Group, who are also close to the national leader Abdelmalek Droudkel who ordered them to activate the terrorist attacks as well as the killing of many terrorists since the beginning of this year. However, other sources said the escalation in the eastern areas is linked to the appointment of a new regional emir there.
• Previously, Echrouk reported information, based on a video tape by the Salafist Group titled “Lions of the East”, showing the so called “Mohamed Abou Salah” who managed to transfer terrorist attacks which targeted gendarmerie patrols in Jijel, east of Algeria, and elements of the municipal guard. The terrorist were wearing civilian cloths without any arms in Skikda, east of Algeria.
• The new leader of the eastern regions seeks to activate the terrorist attacks in Skikda, Jijel and Tebessa, east of Algeria.
