The study, which included the key cities in Algeria, including Algiers ( the capital), Setif, Annaba, Constantine, east of Algeria, Tizi Ouzou, east of Algiers, and Oran, west of Algeria, shows that this level of incomes allows this class of Algerians to benefit from full link with the national network of electricity, water, gas, and sewage system, as well as the availability of household equipments, including those considered as luxuries such as, the microwaves, air conditioners, and dish-washing machines.

The study also shows that ¾ of the Algerian families who receive incomes ranging between 40.000 and 50.000 dinars have computers at homes, and 98% of these families have digital satellite receiver, and half of these families have more than one TV at homes, ¾ have one car, compared to ¼ of the families have two cars and 3% have three cars, as well as 5.6% of the families who do not have a car at all.
