President of the European Federation of the Algerian Associations, Noureddine Belmerrah, criticized the reaction of the Foreign Ministry towards the Algerian detainees in Spain, who were arrested on charges of terrorism, describing them as being involved in collusion with the Spanish authorities in order to displace them and prevent them from getting any compensation and restore their documents by force.

• The spokesman said that 63 Algerian detainees were released out of 70 who failed to get compensations because of the delays by the Foreign Ministry, which deprived them of getting their rights and compensation for the long years they passed inside the detention.

• As for the file of the illegal immigrants, Noureddine Belmerrah expressed in disappointment in the non serious reaction of the Ministry of Solidarity with the file, as the technique of DNA failed to recover the bodies of the Algerians who are buried in Spain.
