The lady was organized crime leader

What used to be a purely masculine terrain has become a feminine speciality in Algeria, as women are now competing with men in constituting organized crime networks.

• The young Assia (26) appeared before the court accused of robbery on her victim, with whom she had a love affair, after pouring a soporific in his glass to enable her accomplice to steal his car.
• Answering to judge’s question the defendant declared that her accomplice and former lover asked her to steal the car of the victim after spending a night with him in an apartment her in Algiers.
• But this one denied the facts saying the lady was accusing him falsely because she wanted to take her revenge saying that she asked him o spend the night with her in the apartment that she said was to one of her friend’s.
• The lady was sentenced to three years in prison and fined 50000 Algerian Dinars.
