To alleviate the pressure on Algiers and some centre cities

Algerian government agreed to draft two knew towns in both Boynen in El Blida and Sidi Abdellah in Algiers, which will embrace huge public places, in addition to the establishment of residential programs for 350.000 people, almost half a million people for the two cities.

• Including road and railways projects, this will be supported by educational and other vocational training, and health structures, cultural resources as well.
• As for Boynen city in El Blida province, the total area of real estate properties is estimated at 1000 hectares, where a total area for the housing will be directed to 150.000 people.
• In addition to public utility projects, which will be built, and acquire modern and sophisticated hospitals, in addition to industrial districts, which are addressed primarily to produce goods that are related to youth activities, sport and entertainment, in addition to hotel  fixtures and services and an “ Echo Technical” fold.
