Tragic weekend on roads in eastern Algeria

The weekend was dramatic in some regions of Algeria where several dead were recorded on the roads during wedding processions and turned happiness into deep sorrow.

• In the town of Khenchella more than 17 injured were evacuated to the nearest hospital following a car pile up due to speed limit outrun and dangerous driving during a wedding procession in sinuous roads.
•   
• Emergencies at Bennasser hospital in the region of Bikra (south of Algeria) admitted 6 injured on the week end. According to sources, the accident occurred in a wedding procession and at least two of them are in critical conditions.
• A 46-year-old woman was killed in a dangerous accident last Wednesday in the region of Souk Ahrass (east of Algeria) and four others injured while their car overturned following  high speed.
• 7 dead in  a tragic accident in Annaba
•  Tragic accident occurred last Wednesday in the town of Annaba (east of Algeria) causing seven dead when two cars collided on their way back from a wedding ceremony.
• The victims were aged from 2 to 59 years including four men to women and a baby. The accident took place around 11 p.m .
