Tunisian president’s wife nephews arrested while trying to cross the Algerian borders
The Tunisian military forces have the day before yesterday intercepted a car carrying Trabelssi’s family members thought to be the fleeing president’s sons –in- law while tying to reach the Algerian soil through the eastern borders in the province of Al- Oued.
- Tunisian security sources have indicated to Echourok that three individuals from Trabelssi’s family were driving a Renault “symbol” and tried to storm in the Algerian borders through the tiny village of “ Hezoua” firing towards citizens with bullets.
- One of the citizens has immediately informed the police authorities who intercepted the car that was rushing away and arrested the three passengers who were the president’s wife nephews.
- The operation wound up with the seizure of three Kalashnikovs and staggering sums of money exceeding a million Euros.
