U.S. Embassy To Algiers Launches A New System For Visa Applicants

United States Embassy in Algiers announced on a new system to pay the costs of programming the deadline for submitting the visa application.

According to a statement of the embassy, the new program was launched on Sunday, as people who wish to obtain a visa will fill the electronic document 160 DS, and go to ARAMEX Office (Algiers office, or Hassi Messaoud office, or soon Oran office) to pay for the visa application.

“Once visa applicants pay the necessary costs, Aramex Office will issue a receipt that allows the visa scheduling, and there are open dates starting from February,02, 2017”.

“The experienced diplomats like me, do not need to resign before January 20”.

Previously, media reports said that the US Embassy to Algeria is expected to witness a change by the departure of Ambassador, Joan Polaschik on January,20, in compliance with the instruction of the new president, Donald Trump’s team, which forces all ambassadors, without exception, who were appointed by President Barack Obama to resign because they are emissaries of the former President.
