USA tried to implant spies in Algeria and Egypt
Egyptian security authorities launched investigation on the CIA’s officer, Andrew Warren 41 year-old, sex scandals with Algerian and Egyptian women during his service in Egypt and Algeria.

Algerian Minster of Interior, Noureddine Yazid Zerhouni said Friday; CIA’s officer, Andrew Warren tried to recruit the two Algerian women in the CIA which justified its presence in Algeria as coordination with the Algerian security authorities in the follow up of Al Qaida’s remnants.

Media reported initial investigation on the Egyptian raped women included a list of victims who approached the U.S embassy in Garden City, and the American Cultural Centre in Cairo and Alexandria, as well as the headquarter of the American Aid. They were called in and asked about the circumstances of their rendezvous with Warren.

Investigations by the Egyptian security agencies focus on female journalists, who participated in programs about developing media, which were sponsored by American aid, as well as female researchers who went regularly to the library of the ACC in Cairo and Alexandria. Investigation will also include a number of women who worked in the American university during Warren’s service in Cairo.

“The U.S Justice Department and FBI in Cairo launched investigation on the CIA’s officer drug rape, after the Egyptian security authorities asked them for cooperation in the case, through listening to the testimonies of the Egyptian victims, who appeared in Warren’s video tapes,” reported “ Koul El Watan” Saudi web site.

FBI –according to Egyptian media- fears the rape incident was a blackmail act which aims at recruiting Egyptian women in the CIA, needing some agents in the region”.

FBI’s toxicology experts said Warren used various drugs such as Xanax and Valium, used by CIA agents in order to control people and get information without torture or violence, as well as pushing them to engage in unconscious sexual intercourse, that’s why security experts said it aimed at controlling the victims in order to recruit them as spies for the USA.

Previously, CNN reported that the U.S government started investigation as soon as it received the complaint and sent investigators to Warren’s residence in Algiers, where they found drugs, believed to be used in the rape. They also found 12 video tapes that showed him engaged in sexual intercourse with the two women who seemed out of consciousness, as well as some video tapes from his service in the Egyptian capital “Cairo”.

According to the file by the U.S Justice Department, Warren was accused of rape in September 2007, when he begun his mission in Algeria. The first woman reproached the U.S embassy June 2008 and the second woman reproached it February 2008. Warren returned back home after a “prepared visit”, then he was ordered to go to Algiers in order to continue his job.
