Skirmishes broke out between both communities following the indecent behavior of some 40 Africans who, in their house rent by an Algerian citizen living abroad, organized an orgy to celebrate their friend’s birthday.

The situation went completely out of control and the quietness of the area was disturbed by the immoral behavior of the Africans sparking anger among the Algerian community to an extent that the area was transformed to a fighting arena.

According to the neighbors’ declarations, this was not the first time that this event occurred, since similar scandalous behaviors disrupted the quietness of their district in the past which forced them to react accordingly in order to recover tranquility.

Not very far from their, dozens of illegal African immigrants coming from Niger, Mali and other African countries chose shanty –town “Soumam” to live in out of sight of the local authorities.

The citizens told our reporter that their number exceeded 200 and were brought there with the complicity of some inhabitants who rent their houses to them.
