Who will buy “Lacom”s Fixed-Line licence?

Algerian communications authorities will open investigation on the work of the institution of communications “Lacom” before it will sell its fixed-Line licence to one of the three leading institutions in the field of communications, willing to launch a business in the field of the fixed-lines in Algeria during the next weeks.  

•  “Nedjma”, one of the communication leaders in Algeria, which is belonging to the Qatari “Q-Tel” company, “will expand its business projects in Algeria through buying the fixed-line licence”.
