World Champion Iker Casillas to lead the Flotilla heading for Gaza

The former media coordinator of the International Movement against the American and Jewish Hegemony Mahmoud Djaber has revealed in a declaration to “Echourok” that the World champion Spanish goalkeeper Iker Casillas will lead the “ Humanitarian Flotilla 21” bound to Gaza territories .

•   The convoy which is due to move after the “Aid Al Fetr”, after the holy month of Ramadan, will include 3000 world personalities and 300 associations from 70 countries worldwide, the same source had indicated.
• “Casillas Troops” are made up of 300 students from numerous organizations across the world backed by 80 thousand participants from the Palestinian Occupied Territories who will take part to the march across Gaza passages.
• Several Hollywood stars have confirmed their participation to this event in addition to parliamentarians and other outstanding political figures. The 50 ships and more that make up the flotilla will move to Gaza in order to break the siege imposed by the Israeli authorities since 2006.
• Mahmoud Djaber has indicated that the main objective of his movement was to shed light on the Israeli oppression over the innocent Palestinian civilians whose sole crime was to fight for their freedom amid complicity of the international community.
• He went on saying that the flotilla, that will be sponsored by the African leader Nelson Mandela, is designed to celebrate the tragic genocide perpetrated by the Israelis against the innocent civilians of Gaza last year.
• It should be noted that the world champion Iker Casillas has declared son after his crowing with the world trophy that he will not celebrate his achievement as long as Gaza is still under the siege.
