In this regard, Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal asserted that the measures that have been taken aim to upgrade the National Institutions which create of wealth and jobs, calling upon his ministerial crew to follow the instructions that are given to them, which he described as “extremely important”.
Minister of Housing and Urbanism Abdelmadjid Tebboune, sent the instruction which he received from the PM Abdelmalek Sellal, to his central directors in the correspondence that was titled “Grant the of scheme of costs for the National Small and Medium Construction Enterprises”.
Tebboune explained in his correspondence the methods that will be applied to enable the National Institutions, including the small companies to participate in the major projects of the sector, which is dominated by the large Foreign Companies.
It is known that the majority of the Housing Projects that have started in the recent period, had been granted to the Italian, Spanish and Portuguese Companies, which signed on the establishment of more than 13 mixed companies which will complete about 120.000 houses in 2013 and 2014, as the negotiations resulted in the establishment of five mixed companies in partnership with the Italians, four with the Portuguese and four others with Spanish Companies.
