16,800 Algerians prosecuted over counterfeiting AADL housing files
Investigations that were initiated by the committees to scrutiny in the files of AADL housing files for the years 2001/2002, found that 16,800 Algerians deliberately counterfeited files to obtain housing of this formula which is destined for the middle class.
Reliable sources told Echorouk that the process of renewing the files relating to this housing formula showed that 76000 files were accepted, before the files will be transmitted to manual and final investigation of documents, as it proved the existence of tens of thousands of violations, pending their passage on the national demand of housing.
Official sources from the National Agency for Improving and Developing Housing told Echorouk that citizens contributed significantly in these violations, through communications and unknown massaging from their neighbors or even family members of depositors of housing files, who have been summoned to update their files and then pay the first sum of housing, as the agency seriously considered these messages.
Security services investigated about the owners, and found that what people say was true, with evidence of the involvement of a large number of expatriates in the highest proportion of fraud through the establishment of certificates to prove their presence in homeland, although they are residing abroad, in addition to include payrolls for their salaries and the salaries of foreign institutions in the national currency, although they receive hard currency.
