Ministerial Neutral Committee which is responsible for examining requests for reviewing the decision of exclusion from the baccalaureate exam session of June 2013, decided permanently in the file, by adopt-year of exclusion for 3,180 candidates, without exception, of whom 742 excluded only in Algiers. Therefore, they would re-pass the exam as “free” candidates and not as pupils according to the contents of the school legislation.

Statement of the Ministry of National Education, which was sent on Friday evening to all Directorates of Education said, that all the candidates who were in the BAC exam centers and who committed “collective fraud”, have been excluded from the baccalaureate exam for a period of one year, a decision which it described by the ministry as less hard, on the grounds that at the beginning it decided to exclude them for a period ranging between 3 to 5 years depending on each case, adding that he had been taking the following actions to confirm the decision to exclude all candidates who have proven that they have exercised “collective cheating” in the baccalaureate exam, in addition to the administrative sanctions against the perpetrators of the fraud, who may be referred to the disciplinary councils, or being subject to punishment.

Some sources told Echorouk that the excluded would sit for the Baccalaureate session in June 2015, as “free” candidates and n, because the not as pupils, because the law of legislation acknowledges the interruption of pupils out of school and written off from the lists and therefore he/she has no right to return to school, especially after one-year of exclusion, noting that 80% of cheaters have never repeated the year, and therefore, they were punished for proven cheating for the first time and the second time for dropping the right of return them as candidates in schools.
