Abou Djarra Soltani: “Oil Should Serve Future Generations”
Head of the Movement Society Peace, Abou Djarra Soltani, called on behalf of the “Green bloc,” for devoting “reconciliation” between politics and the economy by building permanent bridges of communication which extend to the outside of crisis and circumstantial crises, pointing out that the convictions of his party are based onon the good relations and permanent consultation with businessmen and investors, to achieve what he called a “reconciliation for development”.
During his presence at the Forum of Heads of institutions, Soltani, who was speaking on behalf of the “bloc of green Algeria” called upon politicians and businessmen to intensify work and efforts to create harmony, and to bring about the welfare of citizens that is “the main objective of the bloc” which includes the Movement for National Reform and Annahda “Movement of the Renaissance” as well.
Soltani expressed fears of businessmen, regarding a lot of economic and financial issues if the bloc got the parliamentary majority and a new governmental form, saying that the bloc will announce an amnesty on owners of the money stored outside the economic circle, under one condition which is the commitment of the owners who have a lot of money, to pay Zakat approved by Islam, which is estimated by 2.5% of their money, and that Islam is a religion which encourages individual wealth and property, but pointed out that the payment of zakat, is the most important solution proposed by the bloc in the economic area.
The spokesman asserted that the vision of the bloc based on the need to put fuel in the service of development, because it is a passing opportunity that will not be repeated for the future generations, pointing to the need to develop a solid infrastructure to build a diversified economy outside hydrocarbons based on science, knowledge and effort in the framework of respecting individual property and social justice; “MSP will work on finding an economic approach to combat poverty and unemployment, .
