How does the Arab Commission for Human Rights deal with crimes against the Egyptian people?

This is another cruel crime perpetrated by the Mubarek regime. We have recordings of more than 100 murders committed on the Anger Day and on Friday.

Do you plan a practical measure to fill a lawsuit against the Mubarek Regime?

This overshooting on the Egyptian people without justification is a crime against humanity. The State’s security forces, the army and the intelligence are held responsible. We are working with international human rights organisations and associations in Egypt to identify criminals.

Did you determine a back list of people involved in murders and corruption in Egypt?

We coordinated with Transparency International in France to fill a lawsuit. The Attorney General in Paris accepted it and launched an investigation. We obtained a list of names involved in stealing Tunisians’ money. Corrupted suspects’ banking account and real-estate selling transactions were frozen.

May you let us know about the most important names? When did the operation start?

We asked brothers in Egypt to provide us with necessary information. President Mubarek’s two sons are in the top of the list.

To which extent will international human rights organisations succeed in judging the corrupted regime while America is attached to the political system in the region?

We will not keep silent. Mubarek and his team will be judged for their crimes against humanity. We rely more than ever on the Egyptian street surge of anger.
