African Football Federation blames the Egyptian club Al Ahly and pledges further sanctions
African Football Confederation (CAF) officials are still utterly upset by the Egyptian threats to turn to the international Football Governing Body ( FIFA) if the African institution doesn’t take into account the complaints after the match that opposed the Algerian club JS Kabylie to the Egyptian of Al Ahly.

CAF has in this respect, has vehemently reprimanded the Egyptian club through a release statement, considering that the issue should be discussed at the level of the African Football Confederation.

For his part, the administarion manager at the CAF Abdelmouneim Echatta has indicated that severe sanctions will be issued against the wrongdoers in the match, hinting to the Egyptian players who were shown cards by the referee.
