Air Algérie doesn’t rank among the World’s Best 100 Airlines for 2019, the ranking which was prepared by the British company Skytrax which is specialized in the classification of airlines worldwide.

Qatar Airways is named the World’s Best 100 Airlines at the 2019 Awards and Emirates ranked fifth.

The ranking which was published by the British company shows the “dominance” of Asian companies, and the survival of the two “Qatari” and “Emirati” Gulf Airlines among the best companies in the world, which maintained the ranking for years.

Singapore Airlines ranked 2nd and the Japanese ANA “All Nippon Airways” ranked 3rd (a private airline) Japanese, and then Cathay Pacific Airways, which is the national airline in Hong Kong ranked 4th.

Arab companies that are present in the ranking, we find Etihad Airways, which is the Emirati national airline, and it is wholly owned by the government of Abu Dhabi, ranked 29th, and “Oman Air” ranked 43rd, and the Saudi Arabian Airline ranked 57, and then Bahrain “Gulf Air” ranked 71st, and Royal Air Maroc obtained a better ranking than Air Algérie and ranked 93rd.

African companies are also present in the list of 100world best airlines, as is the case with Ethiopian, Kenyan and South African airlines.

For information, the company “Skytrax”, ranks and evaluates the airlines and gives appropriate ratings for the status of airlines in terms of five stars or less.
