Air Algérie Flight To Evacuate Algerian Students Stranded In Turkey
Algeria’s Embassy to Ankara, Turkey, announced, on Monday, the organization of an evacuation flight for students benefiting from residency training scholarships abroad and who are stranded due to the Corona pandemic.
A statement by the embassy said, “The Embassy of Algeria in Ankara informs all students who have residency training in Tukey within the framework of the exceptional national program, that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided to organize a special evacuation trip for their benefit through an Air Algerie flight.”
The same statement indicated that the flight will depart from Madrid Airport (Spain) on Saturday 14 November 2020 at 5 pm.
It called on the students who “have completed their training and wish to be evacuated through this flight, to start the procedures in Madrid to evacuate them on this flight to Algiers.”
