The National Education Ministerial Department is gearing for the smooth holding of competitive exams for the recruitment of 12 thousand new members of the education personnel across 50 education directorates in various parts of the country as early as next September.

The enrollment of these education civil servants will fill the vacuum in the various spheres of the schools’ staff rosters with on prime focus the enhancement of the professional know-now and skills of the future recruits.

Reliable sources told Echorouk that a total of 12,831 budgetary posts were earmarked for the next 2013-2014 academic year whose kick-off is slated for next September.

A total of 2,142 posts will be allotted to the corps of headmasters and headmistresses including 333 in the secondary school cycle, 440 others in the intermediate cycle and 1,369 in the primary school cycle.

The same sources further indicated the upcoming competitive exams would also be crowned with the picking out of 434 school inspectors for all cycles taken together.
