Algeria : five –year plan costs $200 billions
Talking on a cabinet meeting, Algerian president Abdelaziz Bouteflika revealed that the total cost of five –year development program has reached some $ 200 billions so far, and any delay in the implementation of the different projects will lead to additional expenses causing net losses.

The additional financial law was calculated around and average oil price of $ 37 per barrel and on the basis of an average inflation of 3.5 percent and a GDP of 3.5 percent, taking into consideration the gross total of importation to something like $30 billions.

The president ordered another five –year plan by the horizon of 2013 in order to catch up the inconveniences recorded in the previous one in a bid to serve the best the interest of the population in the future.
