Algeria to Hand Over Gaddafi if He Attempts Entering

Algeria has decided to hand over Colonel Muammar Gaddafi to the International Criminal Court in case the Libyan ousted leader attempted to enter to the North African soil, official sources revealed to Echorouk.

Elsewhere, Algeria Foreign Ministry has confirmed in a statement issued on Monday report that the family members of Gaddafi entered to Algeria.

The statement added that Algeria has notified UN SG, Head of the Security Council and Executive Head of the Libyan National Transitional Council with such developments.
