Algerian defence ministry delegate checks « readiness » of Gendarmerie to face crime and terrorism

Abdelmalek Guenaizia minister delegate to the national defence minister honoured the graduation of four gendarmerie batches at the high school of gendarmerie in Yesser ( Boumerdes province) with the general major Ahmed Boustila commander of the national gendarmerie forces.

• According to observers this “initiative” reflects national defence ministry and president support to gendarmerie in many projects and programmes adopted recently, especially in fighting criminality including terrorism and formation of gendarmes within the strategy adopted by the gendarmerie commandments to develop and modernize interests belonging to them such as creating judicial police school belonging to gendarmerie in Ziralda (west of Algiers).
