Hundreds of Algerian families displaced due to the deteriorating of security situation in Libya and the miserable social status that currently prevails after they arrived to Algeria.

Some of these families have become jobless after losing their jobs in Libya before the outbreak of the continued war, and others are still struggling with many problems including the deprive of their children from schooling due to the problem of documentation procedures.

Despite receiving these families with open arms in the first day of their arrival to Algeria in implementation of the strict instructions of the highest authorities, but their status suspended for the lack of housing, employment and other needs.

On the other hand, a MP Mohamed El Daoui, chairman of the committee on transport and telecommunications at the parliament considers in a correspondence to the Interior Minister, in a copy available to Echorouk, that ignoring these families which entered via the land borders with Libya properly, especially in Ouergla, Illizi (south of Algeria), and Temouchent and Sidi Belabbes (west of Algeria), is a breach of the promises given by government, especially as these families entred the Algerian soil legally.

The MP called upon the Interior Minister to intervene and solve the problem of these families, contrary to some other families that have been helped by the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of National Solidarity.
