The Algerian president Abdelaziz Bouteflika has convened a meeting of the cabinet tomorrow Tuesday during which the ministers will endorse the decree concerning the lifting up of the state of emergency in addition to a draft project concerning possibility of the intervention of the national popular army to maintain public order apart from the exceptional situations.
