Algerian referee Benouza short listed for the 2010 world cup

International Football Association (FIFA) added the name of the Algerian referee , Mohammed Bennouza among the 46 short listed referees across the world to take part in the “COOPER” test slated between 22- 27 October in Switzerland to select the 30 referees for the 2010 world Cup in south Africa.

• According to sports website, the selected referees took part in a first series of tests held in Spain and were asked to prepare themselves carefully for the next battery of tests.
• Alongside the Algerian referee Benouza, two Arab referees will take part in the next Cooper tests, the Saudi Khallil Djalil and the Omani abdellah Al Hillali.
