Algiers, Rabat Should Work for Their Peoples’ Rapprochement Aspirations

Moroccan Foreign Minister, Spokesman for the Government, Mustapha El Khalifi said Algeria and Morocco share mutual will to boost their rapprochement.

Mr El Khalifi who started Sunday a three day visit to Algiers told a press conference with his Algerian counterpart, Nacer Mhel, that the information cooperation accord should be updated, to include common TV and radio programs that reflects the aspirations of the two peoples. I’d suggest a forum for Algerian and Moroccan journalists to contribute in materializing the rapprochement aspiration of our two peoples,” he said, adding “I’d suggest also updating the bilateral communication cooperation accord, to include common TV and radio programs, in addition to reinforce relations between the local APS news agency and the Moroccan news agency MAP.”
