Austerity policy will not affect the funding of youth projects, like ANSEJ and CNAC, Labour and Social Security Minister, Mohamed Ghazi, said during his supervision, on Monday, on the opening of the Local Exhibition of Labour and Entrepreneurship in Blida province (western Algiers).
“Over 90,000 institutions will be created in 2016, including 60,000 in ANSEJ and 30,000 in the CNAC, that will be added to 390,000 institutions in various fields like industry, agriculture and fisheries.”
“New facilities and procedures are included in the process of granting “ANSEJ” loans, including the allocation of 20% of the deals to the owners of ANSEJ institutions to ensure the financial sustainability and imposing them in the labour market. Youth who have graduations from universities and institutes can exploit the facilities that are granted by the State to take advantage of loans that will enable them to create productive and service institutions that could contribute to the growth of the national economy.”
For his part, the General Secretary of the Union of Algerian Workers, Abdelmadjid Sidi Said, valued the efforts of the state that aime at strengthening and facilitating the granting of loans for youth, despite the collapse of oil prices, asserting on the need to encourage the small and medium enterprises to develop a national economy that depends on the local production.

Interesting facts ...
First of all, the government still has a reactive approach to various issues including the economy.. Why no strategy was put in place when the cost of the barrel was $140... nothing is forever and every cycle last no more than 5 years...
I have not heard austerity as the best action to prevent recession and dig the country of the mess.. Investment is the answer .However, we don't invest in the new military jets worth $7.5billion when they hike the prices for all products. this amount of money is enough to revise the private sector and invest in various industries to keep the country going and make it more depended on the national production and stir away from the IMF and others.
About time to look at the spend in the education when teachers are paid full time whilst working part time, hospitals where you have more security guards and admin staff than doctors and medications . the public administrative sector where you have hundred and hundred employees in e
