Arsenal Eager to Retrieve Bennacer and Save Him from AC Milan’s “Hell”

Algerian media outlets reported that Algerian international footballer Ismail Bennacer is of interest to his former Arsenal manager, who is seeking to return him to the English club during the next winter transfer period.
Bennacer, who currently holds the colors of AC Milan, earlier played for England’s Arsenal, before pulling on to Italy’s Empoli and then AC Milan.
The Gunners want to sign Bennacer in the form of a six-month loan with the possibility of buying his contract in June, despite the lackluster start of the player with Milan.
Bennacer remains, as for now, in the bench in Milan, especially with the arrival of new coach Stefano Bioli, who has become unconvinced, as the fresh coach believes it is better to rely on veteran Lucas Pelea, who was his favorite player during their days in Lazio.
The newspaper “La Gazzetta dello Sport” said that Stefano Bioli expressed full refusal to rely on Ismail Bennacer, as was the case with former coach Marco Giampaolo.
AC Milan fans have expressed dissatisfaction with the Algerian midfield, which has become a weak point, especially this season, with the unsatisfying performance of Frank Casey contrary to that of Turkish Hakan Chanhaloglu, who became a left-wing player under the new coach.
Arsenal’s offer seems to have come just in time to save the Algerian international from the hell of AC Milan and get the chance to play as much as possible, which will help him with the national football team in living up to upcoming great challenges.
It should be noted that Ismael Bennacer won the award of the best player in the last African Cup of Nations contest held in Egypt, after winning with flying colors the much-coveted African title with the national football team.
