According to a release issued by the President’s Office, Bouteflika said two new laws on a higher independent organization of elections surveillance and electoral system reflect the amended Constitution.
After the two draft laws were approved during a cabinet meeting, he said he hopes that those new electoral rules would ensure transparency during next elections.
