Clandestine Gunpowder Workshop Discovered in Khenchla

Security services at Kaise locality in the eastern province of khenchla have discovred an ammunition illegal workshop set inside an ordinary house in down town.

Detectives searched the house in the frame of an investigation on fraud and the use of forged documents case, before surprisingly discover a workshop of ammunition, as they seized huge quantities of 12 mm and 16 mm caliber bullets, in addition a load of gunpowder and other explosives.

A 25 year old man was arrested and introduced to Justice, before being referred to custody pending trial over charges of illegal possession and manufacture of explosives and gunpowder.
