Compensatory system error causes crisis among post office workers

Administration of Algeria Post institution included an old compensatory system back to 2004, among the collective agreement that a specialised commission ended its revision recently, as chaos started among 30,000 workers.

The sector was closer to return to the zero point with an open strike, as the news spread among the workers like fire in the woods, and a document of collective agreement was dealt largely among the workers across the national territory.

Informed sources from Algerie Post told Echorouk that the General Directorate neglected the issue of the compensatory system and included the old system which goes back to 2004, in the text of the agreement which revision ended since less than a week.

Same sources confirm that the general directorate is completely responsible about this, as workers were surprised of reducing the grants and compensations from the level they are currently receiving, which caused a real crisis among more than 1,000 workers.
