Constitution: Prime Minister ought to resign after the election of the president

The head of foreign affairs council at the senate, Boudjemaa Souilah has yesterday declared to “Echorouk” that the Algerian constitution is quiet clear and that the Prime Minister has to step down after the election of a new president, and it’s up to the new commander in chief to accept it or not.
