The new deputies went on Wednesday to the National People’s Council, to complete the administrative procedures before the official installation of the new parliament, which begins on Saturday its seventh legislative custody, amid talk about the nomination of three names from FLN for the post of head of parliament, who are Moussa Ben Hamadi, Minister of Post and Information and communication Technologies, Al Arbi Ould Khlifa and Rachid Heraoubia, the Minister of Higher Education.

The Council’s administration allocated three days to receive the new deputies who entered the building of Zihoud Youcef for the first time.”Echorouk” met RND and FLN deputies at the main entrrance of the council, including FLN deputy for Naama city, who asserted that it has made ​​full knowledge of the parliament’s works, as a professor in constitutional law, while other MPs refuse to make any statement on the grounds that they did not have any idea about the atmosphere in the parliament, because it is the first time in which they enter this building, but one of them added, while he was entering the building; “How do I talk about the functions of a MP since I did not yet enter the headquarters of the national People’s Assembly.”

Deputies of the National Liberation Front were numerous because they are the majority in the Council representing 223 MPs, who came from different wilayas to file the necessary documents for administrative procedures, as some of them spent their second custody and who argue that the task is very difficult for the party, opposite to what many people think.

The first meeting will be headed by the older MP, Arbi Ould Khlifa, born in 1938 and his assistants, who are the youngest deputies from FLN, and who are Balhadi Fellag Ariouat, born in 1985 and Mariem Achacha born in 1987, while the courtroom was equipped with additional seats for the new deputies, whose number reaches 462.
