Security services at the province of Djelfa have summoned the supposed spokesman for the “17 September Revolution,” Merouene Bachiri, to question him over leaflets being distributed, recently in several region nationwide, to incite for an anti regime revolt on 17th September.

Mr Bachiri, has denied being behind the distribution of the aforementioned leaflets, saying some unknown parties are using his signature.

The leafnotes contains extracts from an interview with Merouane posted on Elaph.com, in addition to some provocative slogans that the young man himself is denying being the origin of.

He told detectives that some unknown parties are working on implicating him as the mastermind of that supposed revolt.

Observers say foreign parties are tending to spark a revolution in Djelfa province, and then extending it countrywide, in a remake scenario of Tunisia revolution, given that this mid south province is suffering marginalization and bad living conditions.
