Droudkel resorts to improvisation and avoids confrontation

The terrorist group behind the assassination of the guards in Mensouria, Jijel, east of Algeria, targeted workers living in the high mountains there and owning two hunting rifles and an other rifle as well as a quantity of food, identical local sources said. 

• The victims are workers from various eastern regions who risked there lives in order to ensure the livelihood of their children as fathers, including the named Saleh Boulayoune, 61 year-old.
