Echorouk Center for Strategic Studies and Researches launched

Echorouk enterprise Tuesday announced the creation of its center specialized in strategic studies and researches as the first experience in the Algerian private sector.

The ceremony took place at Hilton Hotel under the supervision of Echorouk General Director Ali Fodil and in presence of Egyptian journalist Hamdi Kindil who will be an honor member of the center’s scientific council.

A large number of official, scientific and media personalities also attended the ceremony. They expressed gratitude to Echorouk for this initiative and optimism over the center’s success.

The creation of the center comes as part of Echorouk’s program to develop and promote its presence in the Arab media scene. After becoming the newspaper No 1, Echorouk entered the audiovisual fied through its channel Echorouk TV. It will also launch Echorouk News soon.

Echorouk Center for Strategic Studies and Researches will be chaired by Ali Fodil and will be managed by Doctor Ahmed Adimi, an Algerian researcher in security and strategic affairs.

Ali Fodil: “Echorouk Center will be a strong base”

Ali Fodil said the idea of creating the center has been planned since a long time but it was postponed due to circumstances.

“Today, we announce the creation of Echorouk Center for Strategic Studies and Researches. We hope that it will be a base in scientific studies and researches very needed today.”

He added that the center is an institution which will deal with scientific research.

Ahmed Adimi: “Echorouk center is the beginning of a big national project”

Doctor Adimi said he hopes that the center will be the announcement of a big national project meant to contribute in building a safe and stable Algeria.

“The center will establish cooperation links with the majority of research centers in the Arab and Mediterranean region,” he added.

He believes that the mission is not easy and can not be possible without will and competences.

Media advisor at Egyptian embassy: “congratulations to Echorouk”

Media advisor at the Egyptian embassy in Algiers Djamel Abdelfatah congratulated Echorouk for the creation of its center, saying it would contribute in scientific research and decision making.

Hamdi Kindil: “Echorouk circulates what all Egyptian newspapers do”

Hamdi Kindil said he is sorry for the Egyptian crisis which had a negative impact on bilateral relations with Algeria.

“Yet, I believe that a voice is linking between the two countries although regimes are different,” he added.

“It is a good coincidence that I write on Egypt’s Echorouk newspaper and now I join Algeria’s Echorouk. Egyptian newspapers circulate what one Algerian single newspaper does.”
