Energy: UK Business Delegation visits Algeria

Algiers -A UK business delegation comprising 20 companies in the field of energy pays a five-day visit to Algeria.

The British delegation is led by Terry Willis, General Manager of Energy Industries Council (EIC), which is a UK Trade Association for companies supplying the Energy Industry.

The visit aims to tighten cooperation and partnership between Algeria and the UK in the field of industrial energies, including the modern renewable energies, and create new links between businessmen of both countries, at a time trade relationships between the two countries notice a remarkable progress.

An EIC official, Mike Major told APS that the UK delegation organized ten business missions annually, adding that this is the most important because Algeria is a new country for British businessmen who expressed importance of Algeria’s energy market.
