ENTMV: “Discounts of up to 45% on price tickets”

The National Enterprise of Maritime Transport of Passengers (ENTMV) decided as from yesterday Saturday to apply significant reductions on its transport tickets for the benefit of the members of the Algerian community settled overseas.

• The price discounts will be applied on the lines linking the coastal Algerian cities and the port of Marseille in France, as well as the maritime lines linking Algeria and the Spanish ports, in consistence with an agreement concluded last June between the ENTMV Management body and representatives of the Algerian community settled abroad.

• Under the agreement, reductions of up to 45% will be applied on price tickets on certain maritime lines linking French and Spanish ports, according to the Chairman of the Federation of Algerian Associations based in Europe, Mr Noureddine Belmeddah.

• Mr Belmeddah told “Echorouk” that these major price reductions would be in force on ENTMV Car-Ferries until December 31^st 2011.

• He indicated that a trip between Algeria and the Spanish port of Alicante would cost the passenger 160 Euros in Class “C” instead of 218 Euros previously.

• Furthermore, the same all-round trip in “economic class” will cost the passenger the total sum of 122 Euros.

• It should also be noted that a trip between Algiers and Marseille in southern France has been set at between 160 and 282 Euros.
